Affordable Transportation provides SUVs with standard Child Car Seat installed already so you don’t have to bring your car seat along with you. Please contact our customer service to know more about child safety and other special arrangements you wish to have in our vehicles.

We recommend you to carry your own child seat along with your luggage, however, our drivers will help you to install the child seat in our vehicles and they will drive you with more safety if you are traveling with a kid. For rules and regulations regarding child safety, please contact our customer service if you are traveling with a child to and from the airport. Please note: That children under the age of 7 are allowed to sit on their guardians’ or parents’ laps.

Our vehicles are of modern age only. We use up-to-date technologically advanced vehicles for the assured safety of our clients. Our drivers will carry you along with your luggage with utmost safety and by following all the traffic and road rules. They will also recommend you to wear seatbelts while traveling. We request you to follow the safety guidelines provided by our drivers time to time.

Affordable Transportation tries to provide unscheduled airport pickups whenever it is doable. You can call us when you land to check if any vehicle is available. If you make sure the availability of a vehicle, it will take around 15 to 20 minutes for the driver to pull up to your terminal.

Affordable Transportation suggests our clients that they should cancel their reservation for a vehicle at least 2 hours in advance for all airport travels. Cancellations made after the suggested time spans are subject to fees and fines. Please contact our customer helpline to know about cancellation policies and other requests.

Unfortunately, we have instructed all our clients not to leave their vehicles unattended due to local traffic rules and parking meters, and other rules and regulations etc. However, drivers will be happy to help you to load your carriage into the vehicle in front of your building.

As a courtesy to our valuable clients, we attempt to make a call to all our clients when their drivers are at the client location. However, it is not possible at all times to contact clients when the driver arrives because of heavy call volumes.

Affordable Transportation suggests that you should book a reservation 24 hours in advance to make sure that a car will be available for you in time. But, we can also provide unscheduled pickups. You can call us or check online for the availability of a vehicle for same-day.
